If you are a vendor and would like an application, click on the Temporary Vendor Booth Application 2025 link below to print the application. You can mail, email or fax the application to Eureka City, and pay with check or call to pay by credit card.
We are seeking donations from our town businesses and surrounding area businesses or citizens to help sponsor some of the activities as well as items for our annual Silver Jubilee Raffle!
