Notice of Election



Eureka City will hold a general election on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, to allow qualified voters of the community to elect a Mayor and (3) Three Council Members to serve on the Eureka City Council for a Four (4) Year Term each and (1) One Council Member to serve on the Eureka City Council for a Two (2) Year Term.

Per State Law, the 2021 Election will be Vote By Mail. A sample ballot has been included in this notice listing all candidates.

Registered voters should start receiving ballots in the mail during the week of October 12th.

Due to recent changes in the postal service, there may be a slight delay in receiving/sending your ballots, so please take this into consideration when sending your ballot back.  Please follow the instructions that come with your ballot and make sure to affix the proper postage.

Ballots may also be dropped off at the City Office until 5:00 pm on Election Day.
