News from the Mayor

Good news for Eureka City. The Community Impact Board has awarded Eureka City a grant of $333,000 to fix up city hall. We plan to put on a new roof, insulate the building, install a new heating and A/C system and renovate the interior. This means that in the near future, the City Office will be relocated to the "Old City Hall" on main street. This building has been updated to include ADA access and we will be using the first floor of the building, so watch for the notices so you will be aware of where you will be conducting business with the city. (Paying your water bill for example). We will also be conducting city council meetings it that building during the construction process. The meeting room is small so we will have the Memorial Building ready in case we have the need for a larger meeting room.
