Fireworks Restrictions 2017



Due to the extreme hazardous fire conditions, ALL FIREWORKS ARE HEREBY PROHIBITED within the Eureka City Limits, EXCEPT for on July 4th, 2017.


**Citizens may discharge fireworks on July 4th ONLY at the Eureka City Lower Ball Field – Between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.




All other areas in town including the City Streets, driveways, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  State Law prohibits all fireworks in unincorporated areas of the State.


The Eureka Fire Department will take necessary precautions prior to the time to set off fireworks around the park and will be on standby at the park during the fireworks.  They will also have trucks on patrol throughout town, if they witness anyone using fireworks within the restricted areas, Juab County Sheriff’s Office will be contacted and those violating this order will be prosecuted.
